Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Shape Sprint Gym facilities, website, and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Memberships

Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Members must follow all gym rules, respect staff and other members, and use equipment safely. The gym reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for misconduct or violation of these terms.

3. Payments and Refunds

Membership fees are due as agreed at the time of signup. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at the gym's discretion. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access.

4. Class Bookings

Classes may be booked through the member portal or at the front desk. Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

5. Health and Safety

Members are responsible for their own health and safety. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. The gym is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper use of equipment, or failure to follow instructions.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
